This course is for senior managers who may need to respond to emergencies (disruptive events) at the strategic (gold) level and support the organisation back to normal operations as soon as possible.
The aim of the course is to develop strategic incident management skills that complement and integrate with other emergency responders and support interoperability during and after emergencies.
This programme of incident management training has been designed, developed and delivered by an experienced strategic tutor team, to ensure that it addresses the needs of managers who may only rarely be called to respond to major emergencies.
It involves professional discussions, participant exercises and virtual simulations to ensure understanding.
