For all of our courses and workshops, a purchase order is required before dates can be guaranteed. No bookings are confirmed until the said purchase order has been provided, complete with correct details.
We invoice after completion and expect payment in 30 days from date of invoice – please note, different terms apply for international clients, please see tab above.
Certificates awarded upon completion of our courses will be withheld until payment is made. Interest on overdue invoices may be charged by SimTrainer UK Ltd until the date of payment, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. The Customer agrees to pay any reasonable expenses (not limited to expenses fixed by Court) incurred by in SimTrainer UK Ltd pursuing any outstanding debt or debts due from the Customer.
Persistent late payment of invoices from clients will result in future work requiring full payment before the start of the course.
SimTrainer UK Ltd make no guarantee as to a delegate successfully passing any course. No refund shall be given, and the full course fee shall remain payable should a delegate fail any course provided by SimTrainer UK Ltd.
If a delegate does not attend, the full course fee shall remain payable and no refund shall be given. It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure that a delegate attends the course. If a delegate attends a course and payment has not yet been made, the Customer accepts that payment is overdue.
SimTrainer UK Ltd reserve the right to cancel and/or amend course dates, times, contents and venues. Every effort will be made to give the Customer as much notice as possible and offer a reasonable alternative. If these are not satisfactory, SimTrainer UK Ltd shall refund in full the price of the course. No further compensation will be given.

Bespoke fire studio commissions are agreed with the customer based on exact specification and expected timescale to completion, any under estimate of time and associated costs for completion is meet by SimTrainer UK Ltd.

Assets such as clip art, sound files, animations designed by Simtrainer UK Ltd will be released when payment is made in full.
They are only for the use of the purchasing authority or person, thus the Customer shall not sell, give, pledge, lend, charge for these items to any other party without the written agreement of SimTrainer UK Ltd.
By purchasing any of our assets, you agree to these terms and and are free to use these in any way as the purchaser.
Copyright remains with Simtrainer UK Ltd.
For our all international clients, 50% of the course fees will be required at the time of booking to cover student registration fees and travel and accommodation costs; the remaining 50% payable on completion of the course delivery (unless agreed otherwise with SimTrainer UK Ltd in writing).
For all courses a purchase order from the customer is required for the provision to proceed – no dates can be guaranteed until the said purchased order has been provided.
