This industry-led programme of incident management training addresses the needs of service providers, businesses and the needs of Duty Managers when resolving incidents at the operational and tactical levels.
This course will instil confidence and give Duty Managers the ability to assist in resolving incidents quickly, effectively and with minimum disruption to business operations.
Bespoke simulations are utilised to bring the training sessions to life; this unique approach allows learners to practice against scenarios based on their own day-to-day working environment.
The course is underpinned by the principles of JESIP and the Foundation Document for Incident Command.
Learners have the opportunity to develop a greater understanding of the incident management process, evaluate key incident management principles – such as situational awareness and joint decision making – and the key skills required to bring an incident under control.
